All 3 ladder-sequences received an update with v1.3

After it was brought to attention that the ladder climbing frames actually should be changed, so that the arm goes above the head, i incorporated this change in the assetpack.

Furthermore I also changed a couple of pixels in the outro.

The old files are still attached in wip folders in the project.
